This recipe takes not one, but two cauliflower heads…can you tell I love cauliflower?! Roasted, cauliflower’s subtle sweetness comes out! Before going in the oven though, the florets are tossed with olive oil and spiced up some great warm, good-for-you spices like turmeric, coriander, and cayenne.
Only some of the cauliflower is combined with tahini (sesame seed paste) to make the dip, as you see.
